Husband and wife duo based out of College Grove, TN. Philip plays clawhammer banjo while Casey helps sing old time ballads. Philip started playing the banjo in 2019, self taught. Casey started singing in her dad’s Southern Rock band, The Winters Brothers Band, at the age of 14. She is a granddaughter of Don Winters, The Yodeling King who also sang with Marty Robbins for over 20 years. They have enjoyed making music together and finding their own sound over the last year. They always love a good love/murder ballet but also take pleasure in rejoicing in old gospel hymns and ‘old time’ songs with some going back as far as the 1800’s. Additionally, they perform songs by John Denver, Steve Earl, Benjamin Tod and Tyler Childers, to name a few.
